The option to purchase on invoice is available from your second order, following a positive credit check and for goods value exceeding €1,000. For public institutions and social organizations, invoice purchase is always possible, regardless of goods value. The seller reserves the right to exclude invoice payment on a case-by-case basis.
Payment terms: Invoices are due within 14 days without deduction from the invoice date.
💶 Prepayment
When selecting "Prepayment," you will receive an order confirmation/pro forma invoice via email after completing your order. This contains all information about payment terms, the recipient, and payment reference. We ship goods immediately upon receipt of payment.

Free shipping within Germany (excluding islands)!
The shipping cost table applies only to shipments to Austria, Denmark, Belgium, and the Netherlands.
With your valid VAT identification number, deliveries are made VAT-free.
For shipping to private individuals, a fee of €15 gross is charged for delivery time notification and coordination.
Delivery:
Packages are delivered with our logistics partner DPD. Palletized goods are delivered by freight carrier.
Delivery times are Monday to Friday.
The standard delivery time for in-stock items is 3-5 working days.

Information about Delivery Times:
The delivery period for goods begins with pre-payment the following day (Mon.-Fri.) after payment is received; for invoice payments, it starts the day after the contract is concluded and ends at the end of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a nationally recognized public holiday at the delivery location, the next working day shall replace such a day.
